At B-DACS, providing the highest level of customer service is of the up most importance to all of our staff and we pride ourselves on this. Ii is vital for us that the service we provide is helpful, friendly, reliable, focused and positive.

It is important that our customers are able to reach us and that is why we have multiple channels of communication from telephone, website and email to Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn. This ensures that we are able to deal with enquires efficiently and effectively.

We train our staff to a high level to ensure that they are suitably qualified and experienced to answer direct queries from our customers and also to complete work to the highest standards. As part of our ISO:9001 accreditation we have systems and procedures in place which we regularly audit to ensure that all customers are provided with a consistent level of service and that we operate fair policies and procedures.

We understand that we don’t always get things right and endeavour to rectify issues as soon as possible for our customers and learn going forward.

During the recent hot spell our processes and procedures were tested due to the high volume of requests from our own customers and new customers who required assistance with their Air Conditioning Systems to keep areas cool during the high temperatures. B-DACS are pleased to report that we managed to fulfil all requests by our customers who were experiencing problems.
