B-DACS Team Event

Last Friday the whole BDACS team got together for our quarterly team event. The theme of this quarter’s event which coincided with 21 years in business was health and wellbeing.

Colleagues were welcomed with goody bags featuring health products and resources on lifestyle choices.

The event began with a business update from Ops Director Linzi Forbes Gormley, followed by insights into our Business Development activities from Alex Hydes, our new Head of Business Development.

We engaged in a meaningful discussion on our company values, facilitated by Teresa Robertson of Endrick Consulting, to ensure they continue to guide and inspire us.

We also unveiled our new health and wellbeing initiative, offering valuable resources and benefits, and introduced streamlined processes for holiday requests and team communication.

The day was rounded off with a team outing to Battle Boom Bar in Glasgow, where we enjoyed games, food and drinks.
