Sales & Account Manager

As our Sales & Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business leads and opportunities, winning new business and generating the sales to drive revenue, nurturing customer relationships and managing a variety of our existing customer accounts to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and growth.
This is a stand-alone Sales role, reporting to our Managing Director. You will be a key player in helping the company achieve its strategic and financial goals.
Key responsibilities & accountabilities include:
  • B2B/Direct business: Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to close out
  • Identifying leads and pursuing new sales opportunities
  • Preparing and collaborating with our technical team on quotation gathering and preparation
  • Following up with customers on quotations sent
  • Responding promptly to sales calls, leads and activity to ensure great customer experience
Sales & Business Development
Account Management – building and developing strong and trusted relationships with any new, existing and historic customers alongside conducting regular reviews to seek new or additional selling opportunities.

Service Engineer

As our Service Engineer, your primary role will be maintaining and responding to reactive callouts for our customers heating and air conditioning systems across the Central Belt of Scotland. You will get the opportunity to work with a wide range of customers across different industries. You will:

  • Carry out routine and planned preventative maintenance to a high standard for us and for our customers
  • Identify and diagnose any faults or failures with any of the equipment and systems (including but not limited to Splits, VRF/VRV’s, Chillers, Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP), Air Handling Units (AHU’s), Heat Recovery Systems, Chilled Water and LTHW FCU’s)
  • Provide effective solutions to any faults or failures identified, ensuring a rapid and prompt fix
